I’ve been exactly where you are. nI’ve been in the beauty industry for twenty years now and for a long time....even with the skill, even with the experience, even with the training, I had no true confidence in myself.

I was relying on external validation. My employers. My peers. My certificates. My clients telling me I was good enough. Because deep down I didn’t actually believe it myself.

For me it took hitting rock bottom. Severe anxiety. A work environment that was breaking me. Getting myself into such a hole that the only way out was to finally take a leap of faith and back myself — because staying where I was no longer an option.
